Stuart Scott, founder of S2 Impact, is a highly accomplished consultant and senior executive with over 25 years of experience in business transformation. He is a trusted advisor across critical, hard-to-abate sectors including oil & gas, mining, chemicals, utilities, and renewable energy. Stuart empowers clients to fundamentally rethink their operations, driving significant productivity gains, substantial emissions reductions, and unlocking enduring value through smarter, cleaner, and more sustainable strategies. His expertise spans corporate strategy, supply chain management, operational improvement, and digital transformation, consistently translating strategic vision into measurable, lasting results.

Prior to founding S2 Impact, Stuart held senior leadership roles at dss+ Consulting as Region Director for the company's Sustainability Consulting Practice in APAC, and as Global Leader for Decarbonisation & Energy Transition solutions. Stuart also served as a Senior Executive and Leader of IBM's ANZ Supply Chain Transformation & Decarbonisation Practice, and held Vice President positions at Wood Mackenzie, Management Consulting & Research. His career also includes significant tenures at Accenture plc, Deloitte Australia, Sturrock & Robson Group plc, Boral Ltd and ExxonMobil Ltd. Stuart is also an active member of the Chartered Institute for Procurement and Supply.

Outside of his professional endeavours, Stuart is passionate about preserving our oceans and waterways, and currently embracing the challenge of wingfoiling. Stuart is committed to balancing his impactful professional life with his passion for the planet and his family.
